Welcome to our Exchange & Returns page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email as soon as possible to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

  • After approval (by email), make sure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Please clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.

Return policies & Guidelines
  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transport.
  • Please ensure the returns form is approved - without approval this may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in 3 steps
  • Step 1: Contact us by email. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Send your order (after approval) Send the items together with the printed approval (email) to the address at the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings origin.
  • Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded will be back in your bank account within ten working days.
