Welcome to our Exchange & Return page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@fvria.com as soon as possible to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of the return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

- After approval (via email), ensure that your return shipment is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside of your package.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@fvria.com.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your package arrives safely with us.
Return Conditions & Guidelines
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Make sure that all returned items are well packaged so that they do not get damaged in the mail.
- Ensure that all return packages are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
- Make sure that the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in 3 steps
- Step 1: Contact us by email. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for returning.
- Step 2: Send your order (after approval) Send the items along with the printed approval (email) to the address at the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want there to be misunderstandings. to arise.
- Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within ten working days.
