Welcome to our Exchange & Returns page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@fvria.com as soon as possible to discuss this further. 
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. 
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Requesting return
  • After approval (via email), ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions listed below. 
  • Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside packaging of your parcel.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@fvria.com.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your package arrives safely to us. 
Return Policy & Guidelines
  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. 
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. 
  • Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. 
  • Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. 
  • Ensure that the return form is approved—without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy returns in 3 steps
  • Step 1: Contact us via email. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return. 
  • Step 2: Ship your order (after approval) Send the items along with the printed approval (email) to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a Track and Trace code with your package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings. 
  • Step 3: Receive the refund Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within ten business days.
