If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email us at to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

  • After approval (by email), make sure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Please clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transport.
  • Please ensure the returns form is approved - without approval this may result in your return not being processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Contact us by email. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order (after approval)
Send the items together with the printed approval (email) to the address at
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
If we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within ten working days.
