Welcome to our Ordering and Delivery page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Did you find a Fvria item that you really must have? Nice! Select a color and/or size now and click on 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right.
Note: if items are in your shopping cart, it does not mean they are reserved.
Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner to go to your Fvria items.
In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the button 'Proceed to checkout'. Now you will land on the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.Note: After you have completed your order, you cannot change it anymore, as your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Fvria covers the shipping costs for orders over 75 euros. You will only pay shipping costs if the amount is lower. In this case, 6.95 euros (Belgium & Netherlands) will be charged at checkout. You will have to pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. For more details see FAQ "2. Shipping and tracking your order."
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Fvria aims for a quick delivery of the products. When you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we strive to process your order the same day. All items are shipped from Belgium. As a result, the average delivery time is 1-3 business days.
I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a DHL/B-post location. You will also receive a notification from the carrier, which will include the pickup location. After these 7 days, DHL/B-post will return the shipment to our warehouse.
I PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address at info@fvria.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received the order, please report this via info@fvria.com. Within 7 days of the specified delivery date, DHL/B-post will initiate an investigation. We will keep you informed throughout the investigation until its completion.
