Welcome to our Ordering and Delivery page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Have you found a Fvria item that you really must have? Nice! Now select a color and/or size and click 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they have been reserved.
Are you done shopping? Then it is time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Fvria items.
In the next screen you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You now arrive at the check-out page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page. Please note: After you have completed your order, you cannot change it anymore, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Fvria will cover the shipping costs for orders over 100 euros. So you only pay shipping costs if the amount is lower. In this case, 6.95 euros (Belgium & Netherlands) will be charged at checkout. You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. For more details see FAQ "2. Shipping and order tracking".
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Fvria strives for fast delivery of the products. If you place an order before 3:00 PM on workdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship all items from Belgium. As a result, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a DHL location for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the carrier, which will also state the collection location. After these 7 days, DHL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
Did I give the wrong address?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@fvria.com
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received the order, please report this to info@fvria.com. DHL will start an investigation within 14 days of the specified delivery date. We will keep you informed throughout the investigation until its completion.
