Found a Fvria item you absolutely need? Great!
Now, select a color and/or size and click on ‘Add to Cart’.
Of course, you can continue shopping. You can always return to your cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner.

Finished shopping? It's time to complete your order. Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner to view your Fvria items.
In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You’ll be directed to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.
Note: Once you’ve completed your order, you won’t be able to make changes, as your order will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Fvria covers the shipping costs for orders over 75 euros. You will only pay shipping costs if the amount is lower. In this case, 6.95 euros (Belgium & Netherlands) will be charged at checkout. You will need to pay for the shipping costs to return your item yourself.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. For more details, see the FAQ '2. Shipping and Tracking Orders.'
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Fvria aims for fast delivery of products. When you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we strive to process your order the same day. All items are shipped from Belgium, so the average delivery time is 1-3 business days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be available for pickup at a DHL/B-post location for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the carrier with the pickup location details. After these 7 days, DHL/B-post will return the shipment to our warehouse.
I PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided the wrong shipping address at info@fvria.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received the order, please report it to info@fvria.com. DHL/B-post will initiate an investigation within 14 days of the given delivery date. We will keep you informed throughout the investigation until it is resolved.
