Before I begin on this 100-day journey and introduce myself, I want to clarify the purpose of this blog. I am not a nutritionist, personal trainer, or professional writer. But like you, I am a flesh-and-blood person with a story that will hopefully inspire others. I've always drawn a lot of motivation from inspiring others, and that is the driving force behind writing this blog. I hope my story can help others realize what opportunities are within everyone's reach. Where there's a will, there's a way. Whether you're strong in self-motivation, need a coach, or draw inspiration from powerful quotes, we all have to achieve our goals ourselves. The structure for achieving goals is quite similar for everyone. You need a clear objective and a plan to reach it, no matter how you want to grow. My personal goal in this 100-day journey is to set physical challenges for myself and pursue them. I try to gather as much knowledge as possible from the internet, from friends who are coaches, and from personal experience gained through my athletic background. I believe you shouldn't derive truths from one person's knowledge alone. I always try to find a middle ground in a maze of knowledge. Coaches or individuals who try to impose one principle often do so from a commercial standpoint. At no point will I impose my findings as the truth because I believe everyone should discover what works for them. I sought out a physical challenge for myself, with a clear goal in mind and a clear plan to pursue that goal. Good luck in achieving your goals, and I hope my 100-day journey inspires you to also pursue yours!
